CSI colour, stories, inspiration June 1 DT share

So, I have been accepted onto the design team at CSI colour challenge. I have followed this challenge on and off and have been a guest designer a few times. I really enjoy these challenges, as everything that needs to be included for the layout, is laid out in the clues. So if you have never given this challenge a go, I hope you do.
Here is the first challenge for June:

So this one was a lot of fun, and the colours are great to work with. 

I chose a photo of my nephew Ethan, a cute little dude. For the evidence, I used a white background, stripes, stars. For the testimony, I used a series of exclamations for the journaling. My embellishments sent me into my old stash, even pulling out some of those old felt strips and some older chipboard embellishments. I added a Charms Creations super star to finish off the layout. 

There is also an optional sketch to use, I altered this slightly, by adding the side strip on the angle.
