D'lish Scraps August Cybercrop challenge 3

For challenge 3 at the D'lsih Scraps cybercrop, a "selfie" photo needed to be used - could be a selfie taken by anyone. I chose this photo of a friends daughter Zoe. She is a lovely and sweet girl, and also gorgeous, hence this layout evolved as it did.
I picked up the gold tonings of the photo, and kept it pretty much to that. I experimented with some gold leaf- not as hard as I thought it would be, plus glimmer glam and gelatos to create the colour of the background. The floral background was done on chipboard sprayed with gesso, and The crafters workshop stencil and texture paste. A bit of extra glimmer mist and glitter added to finish off the detail.
The D'lish scraps products I have used are paper flowers, a button flair and freckled fawn wood veneers.
Thanks for looking at my layout.
Gorgeous
