Cotton Candy Inspiration Board
So for this challenge, I chose a photo of my friend Eve and her daughter Charlie, taken on Mothers Day this year. I loved this photo, and felt it really needed something pretty, so I hope I've done justice to it.
I used glimmer glam and glimmer mist, and inks to create my own background, along with added texture paste and glitter, which added to softening the background. The stencil I have used sort of captures the texture decorating the cake. I tried to emulate the colours as close I possible, the lavender colours were the trickiest to capture. I have used some D'lish Scraps journaling tags, and some flower sequins from last months just add paper kit.
